Mission Statement: Out in Climate is dedicated to fostering professional connections and creating a safe, inclusive space for queer individuals in the climate and sustainability space. We strive to build a community where everyone can thrive, collaborate, and contribute to a more sustainable and equitable future.
Our Code of Conduct:
1. Respect & Inclusion
- All members, volunteers, and participants are expected to treat others with respect and consideration.
- Harassment, discrimination, or exclusion based on sexual orientation, gender identity, race, ethnicity, disability, age, or any other personal characteristic will not be tolerated.
- We celebrate diversity and aim to create an environment where everyone feels welcomed and valued.
2. Safe & Supportive Environment
- Out in Climate is committed to maintaining a space where individuals feel safe to express themselves.
- Any form of bullying, intimidation, or offensive behavior, including unwelcome sexual advances, will not be tolerated.
